เวลาวันหนึ่งนั้นเราได้ใช้คุ้มค่ารึเปล่า?

ลองมาแบ่งเวลาออกเป็นท่อน ๆ ดูว่าจะใช้เวลาทำอะไรบ้าง

วันที่มีเรียน (โดยเฉลี่ย)

- ไปเรียนและทำกิจกรรมที่มหาวิทยาลัย7 ชั่วโมง
- นอน6 ชั่วโมง
- กินข้าว 1 ชั่วโมง
- เล่นเปียโน0.5 ชั่วโมง
- อื่น ๆ 1 ชั่วโมง
- อยู่หน้าเครื่องคอม (เวลาที่เหลือทั้งหมด ประมาณ9 ชั่วโมง!!!!)

วันที่ไม่มีเรียน

- นอน8 ชั่วโมง
- กินข้าว 1.5 ชั่วโมง
- เล่นเปียโน 1 ชั่วโมง
- อื่น ๆ 1 ชั่วโมง
- อยู่หน้าเครื่องคอม (เวลาที่เหลือทั้งหมดอีกนั่นแหละ เกือบ 13 ชั่วโมง)

เห็นได้ชัดเจน เวลาหายไปกับคอมพิวเตอร์หมด... ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่เป็นเกม เอ็มเอสเอ็น เว็บบอร์ด บทความ และการนั่งดูหน้าจอเฉย ๆ

ชีวิตดูขาดอะไรไปอีกเยอะเลย
สงสัยต้องเปลี่ยนการดำเนินชีวิตใหม่ดูบ้างแล้วนะเนี่ย

เวลาของฉันอยู่ที่คอมพิวเตอร์นั่นเอง เพราะอะไร?
